More bread!
Love to bake as I have mentioned before, but the oven... I have finally got the hang of how I can modify the recipe though. The flour in Germany are not as heavy some how... so if I use about 13 dl of "swedish" flor and about 5 dl of water, I need 15 dl flour and 4 dl of water in Berlin. I also try to not use any yeast, just sourdough ground, I normally just add some sourdough ground then. I'll write down my modified recipe tomorrow:).
Anyone has a good bread recipe to share??
