After my failure with the bearnaise sauce the other day, I figured I bake something. I love baking and it's very soothing to me, specially a bread that takes a bit of planning and with sourdough:). I have baked with sourdough for about 5-6 years and I really enjoy it, I bake one type of bread for just any day use and I got a hang of it. Unfortunately I have a gas oven in Berlin and it's very hard to get some sort of color on the bread, but theses buns that I make over night turned out pretty good. Fresh baked bread with butter and cheese just makes my day.
