Apples!

I plan to buy a bunch of apples tomorrow and make chutney and dried apple rings, sooo excited! My mom is bringing me apple "mos" (mash) in a couple of weeks, so I don't have to that, but I think I want to come up with one more thing I can do with apples. Any ideas? 

I'll give you a summer picture in the meantime.
